We take a holistic and person-centered approach to care, understanding that each individual has different desires and requirements. Our team of dedicated support workers is committed to getting to know you - your preferences, strengths, and needs - to ensure a suitable match for assistance and support.
In the event that we do not have a team member who meets your specific needs or preferences, we will collaborate with you to find a compatible match and arrange obligation-free introductions, training and buddy shifts where applicable.
Our services are available 24/7, including options for overnight support . If you have a specific request that is not listed or would like to discuss any of our services further, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for a friendly chat.
In home Support
We provide support with household tasks such as general cleaning, washing, meal preparation and general domestic tasks. We also support and assist you with the development of life skills such as completing activities that enhance participants’ ability to live more autonomously.
Community Access
Get more involved and engaged with your community, be social, and participate in recreational activities with our range of social and community supports designed to help you enjoy your hobbies, see your friends, and have some fun.
Respite & Short Term Accommodation
Respite and short term accommodation is a completely customizable package to suit your wants and needs. Short Term Accommodation, including respite covers the cost of your care in another place, or in your own home for up to 14 days at a time. You might have a short stay with other people, or by yourself. This can support and guide you to try new things, visit new places or simply just take a break from the routine to relax.
Personal Cares
Personal care supports and assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life. Such as personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming; toileting, bladder and bowel management and menstrual care; eating and drinking; use of aids and appliances, hearing and communication devices; mobility and transferring, for example moving in and out of bed and on or off the toilet; or application of splints, basic first aid due to injuries sustained as a result of a participant’s disability.
Life Skills Development
We work with you to achieve your goals to develop your independence, confidence and everyday life skills so that you can make the most of your life. We provide assistance and support through the growth of skills such as problem-solving, cooking, cleaning, reading and writing, communication, social, daily activities, critical thinking and more.
Transport Assistance
Getting to and from school, work, getting to appointments or travelling around your community can be difficult if you’re not able to drive or use public transport because of your disability. Our staff all have their own reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance and appropriate licenses.
End of Life Support
Support and assistance provided to the participant, as well as their friends and family during end of life. This can be provided in various area's such as hospital and home. We advocate for you to ensure your wishes and requests are fulfilled and you receive the highest level of support and care.
